The Book of Subverse
Artists draw, through drawing they find themselves, they find Art, they discover complexities of the mind, of the heart, of nature, of science, perhaps even of God, that they had not previously contemplated. Through drawing they reveal their soul to others, and others are enriched and informed. Through drawing they see Truth and show Truth to others
Our modern day establishment artists do not draw, most cannot and have lost sight of their purpose as visual communicators, as thinkers, as enlighteners. These (artists ?), who are presented as the brightest and the best, are creatively monosyllabic, with their constant stream of pickled sheep and sharks and polka dot farts, they stupefy us all. Like sheep we follow: “Follow the line” “bah“ “baaah” “it’s culture innit ! ” They have lost sight of their purpose, they contribute to nothing.
